Freely Give
Through Christ, we have been healed from the damage of sin. As healing spreads to ever-deeper levels of our soul, we are called to lead others to Jesus Christ, where they will be comforted with the same comfort we have received.

As my understanding of freedom in Christ expands, God continues to heal wounds from my life of sin. I am also becoming more aware of how deeply sin wounded my soul. I marred the image of God and embraced wickedness. As a child of God in Christ, the image of God in me has been restored. Christ accomplished this through His incarnation, death, burial, and resurrection, which rescued us from the kingdom of darkness. He freed us from the bondage of sin as well as the guilt and shame that our life of sin produced. My sole purpose is to work out that salvation by walking in freedom from sin as I surrender every area of my life to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Walking in freedom through surrender to Christ heals our spirit, soul, and body. As we are healed, we are called to lead others to Jesus Christ, the Physician, who binds our wounds and restores the image of God in us. We cannot horde our salvation and keep this good news to ourselves. God wants us to freely share what we have received with those who are still trapped in sin and wounded by its depravity. 1 Corinthians 1:4 states that we are to comfort others with the comfort we have received. As you go through your day, thank God for the healing you have received, seek ever-deeper levels of healing, and lead others to Jesus Christ, the Physician, where they will find comfort and healing just as we have.
Matthew 10:7-8
Proclaim as you go, saying, “The kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons. You received without paying; give without pay.
There is hope if your soul has been damaged and you are desperate for healing. Please reach out and let us share the comfort we have found in Christ, who has bound our wounds and restored us to peace.
